Andover U7’s, entered two teams into the Winchester mini rugby tournament on Sunday.

Each playing 4 games in their groups, both the Hinds and Stags convincingly won all their games.

The Stags scored 27 tries with them being evenly spread between Bob, Tommy, Michak, Lukas, Angus and Erik. Great team work, defence and explosive attacking speed and support work saw them easily go through to the finals.

The Hinds scored 25 tries which were spread between Ollie, Lewis, Alex, Sebastian & William. The defence were lead by Lewis & William with the counter attacking skills, speed and support of the entire team seeing them through to the final.

Both teams qualified for the cup final where a combined Hinds and Stags team played Alton and then lifted the trophy.

Well done to the boys; Lewis Ollie, Lukas, Bob, Angus, Tommy, Erik, Michak, Alex, William, Sebastian, from all your parents and the coaches.
