Welcome the Andover RFC Youth Academy.

The Youth Academy is built on the ethos of good, hard and especially fair play. The role of the Academy within the Andover RFC is to develop the future players of the club. Our Academy staff are fully dedicated to these principles, everyone from the age group coaches and managers through to the chairman and committee members work together to bring the youth players through to the adult teams.

If you are an existing member of the club or would like to gain more information about us either visit the relevant areas of the website or come along and visit us at the Goodship ground on a Sunday morning from 10am onwards.

Fundraising event - HELP REQUIRED

Dear Parents/Grandparents/Carers/Friends

I am writing to let you know that on Sunday 27th May 2012 we are hoping to hold a Fun Day/Fete at the Rugby Club to raise much needed funds for Andover Youth Academy and Andover Rugby Club. We also think this would be a great social event at the club that the children and adults of the Academy would really love to be a part of and would really enjoy.

For this event and hopefully other future events to happen we need to gather a fund raising committee together. Myself and four others have volunteered to get the ball rolling and have taken on the main roles of a committee.  However we now need to ask for people who are willing to join our team to help make this event a successful one and hopefully raise funds for the club.

Four in a Rowe

Andover Rugby Club is very proud to learn that one of their young Youth Academy players – Kyno Rowe – has recently being selected to play for the Hampshire RFU U14’s County squad.

The reason that Kyno’s selection was out of the ordinary – both for the club and the Rowe family – is that this makes it a ‘full set’ for Kyno, his two brothers and his father John.
